AMAZING RACE - WINTER RESOLUTION!

Hey @samra338 is this primarily an exercise challenge? I put my exercise "goal" in the spreadsheet with my name... it's low but it's going to be a jump from 0 minutes. I wasn't sure if we're supposed to put what we're currently doing or the goal?

@DananaNanas Anything is good, we are asking for current exercise minutes bcos it's a team- based challenge and we wanted to ensure all teams start on a equal footing3

Yay, @mheor glad you found this! The challenge previously was definitely not just for runners and you never have to run if you don't want to! Big variety of levels of activity and minutes across team members. Lots of different activities and some fun challenges.

I had a hard time putting down one number. As I looked at my past month's weeks in my exercise logs, I can vary from 0 minutes some weeks to over 500 minutes for others, especially if the weather is nice. Depends on how motivated I am to work out (and I naturally try to be a slug rather than an athlete)...but this challenge will motivate you to get more minutes in (and why I'm so glad it's coming back as I need to be more active).3 -
