Getting back on track

I’ve used this app off and on with nominal success. As long as I’m on, I seem to meet goals. However since a divorce, and having to close the store I owned, Ive been dealing with some serious depression. Comfort eating shot me up to 317 pounds, breathless climbs up stairs, and a general addition to depression. Well I’m coming out of the storm stronger than when I went in, and I’m here to get myself back in fighting shape. Please feel free to add me for mutual support or just need a buddy. I’m pretty social and I’m motivated by friends.
