Happy New Year ( back again uk ) accountability

Good morning all . Ok i had a good year lost over stone (14lb) since a beer belly holiday photo in the summer but starting to creep back on I'm not a major fitness guy just getting in walks mainly . so i would like some friends really for some accountability to check in with weekly to stay on track.
My goals are wieght loss and would love to do a 5k run if my Knee lets me.
Add me to give each other some accountability in our journey..

    My husband has knee issues. He loves running, but has been sidelined for years thanks to runners knee. We started him on C25K, and so far he's been able to do the program. If your doctor checks your knees and clears you for running, look into the C25K app and see if it's helpful. :flowerforyou:

    Thanks the 5k is way off but c25k is defo the way to go. just need to a few positive friend around to help on the way .
