"Getting back on the horse"

Good morning, I am a 72 YO female. Four years ago I lost 40+ lbs; but, because of medical issues with my knee, I had to change my workout routine. During the last year, I have gained 20 lbs back. Not Good. I look forward to getting my nutritional and exercise good habit back under control. Thank you, FitnessPal, for this awesome tool.
