Hi, just wondered if there was anyone in here that follows Scottish Slimmers eating plan?

Does is come with a fee? If so, isn't that a bit ironic?

I have never liked to be told what and how to eat (I just assumed I had to eat in a certain way (vague, but strict nonetheless) to lose and maintain weight.

I probably do...but I've never heard of it.

Is it, "Eat mostly whole foods, but not too much of them. Have a little treat now and then, but not after every meal."?

God I'd entirely forgot that was a thing! For the uninitiated, it's basically a variation on the WW theme, though I don't know specifics. So yeah, a slimming club which will have some sort of system for working out how much of what you can eat daily.

I really want it to involve Haggis Lite.
