Hi, I'm new to this. I have entered all my details and have been given a calorie intake allowance of 1310. Do you know does this number factor in my goal (therefore giving me a slight deficit) or do I have to factor that in myself?

also note, that the MFP calories do NOT include purposeful exercise - so you can eat back at least a portion of any calories that you "earn" from working out1

Thanks , so I have just done a work out and gained another 200 cals - should I leave those extra 200 free or consume them - I'm confused?0
