Yesterday was good for me. Under my calories and I also worked out. I am on a break-up diet so having this in correlation to challenge me is going to be awesome!

I did good yesterday under calerie goal. Walked and did strenghth training.

Have I mentioned that I'm so excited you're all here! I'm hoping by tomorrow I'll have water weight gone from the nye chips gone and I'll be down 100 lbs! My goal is to exercise every day in January. Anyone else want to share their goals?1

Hello all! Just jumped on board- this is exactly the challenge I needed. Big plans for April- losing 25lbs will be goal I have been trying to reach since Ive started using MFP. (How sad is THAT??) Nice to have a gang to push us along! Good Luck!1

Checking in. 1/1 started out strong then when the evening came I was horrible eating anything. It's like I'm not conscious at all. But I didn't give up and I'm on track today 1/2.not the best food to eat but did not over eat. I'm doing something at least.2

I think menu planning and preparation is the key to "winning" this battle. Even if you just plan one day ahead. And if plans change and you can't stick to it exactly, you're still trying and that's a win.1 -
