11/16 - 206 (a day early but I will be away from my scale tomorrow)
11/24 - 207.5 (a bit disappointed - shouldn't be, considering T-Day dinner and a road trip last weekend - onward and downward!)
12/1 - 205 (even after a plate of Tex-Mex last night. YAY!)
12/8 - 206 (It is what it is. Have seen 203.5 on the scale earlier in the week- but not today. Lower next week.)
12/15 - 203 YAY!
12/22 - 206.5 - I have been on calorie restriction since March. Have been plateaued at 205 +/- 2 pounds for a month. Decided to take a diet break and eat at maintenance calories for a couple of weeks to a month - started that on 12/20. Then back to a restriction to lose the last 20-30 pounds. I'm going to keep logging in here anyway, to help me stay focused.
12/29 - 214 Huge scale spike from this diet break. Restart the calorie restriction on Jan. 4th. Hoping the woosh is just as impressive.

I'm joining. I started my weight loss on November 4th the date of my last annual physical. My blood pressure and cholesterol were high and I did not want meds. My doctor said no meds ok but will check your blood stats again in 6-months and then see about meds. So....now I'm losing weight. Started at 236.7 and am currently at 226.2. My goal weight for 2018 is 200 and 215 for my next blood draw check in April.1

Now that January is around corner it's time I join a challenge to keep me motivated and to reach my goal weight by my birthday in June.

I saved this challenge in my favourites and totally thought I posted when it started but can't find my posting so must not have. I was sick with pneumonia and then went cookie crazy over Christmas and have gained 8lbs (hoping some of that is water weight), so definitely time to get back to eating healthy! Hoping its okay to join this challenge late. I'll weigh in on Saturdays and my starting stats are below as of December 23rd.

Count me in! I should reach my goal weight (really a goal body fat percentage of 18%). I have the last 15 or so pounds to go. I should ideally be there by the end of April, but I know the road gets rough when working to lose the last of the weight, so the end of June is perfect.

I’m in. I weight 164.5lbs. My goal is 140lbs (possibly a little less) by my sons 1st birthday on 05/06/18.

I am in. I should hit goal weight range in June. Last few pounds July. I am "bulking" at the moment on 3000 cals a day. My goal weight is around 172lbs Jan end. Might be slightly more as have peaked at 174.2 this week but know that water weight gain due to carbs sodium is highly likely. I am on a weekly weigh in group and on the refeed/diet break thread as well. Will be diet breaking for 2 weeks in April to coincide with holiday away.
My weigh in will be Thursdays to coincide with group.

Will certainly be higher tomorrow after today's Christmas indulgences, but with the month I've had I'm actually pretty pleased that the trend has continued downward, albeit slowly.
