Im a breastfeeding mom so I'd like some insight on some healthy foods/recipes. I want to shake the baby weight, but eat enough and healthy enough to feed my baby.

When I breastfed both of my babies, I tracked my calories and tried to be right at around 2,000. This gave me enough calories to keep my supply up and also lost my baby weight. Just try to get a good amount of protein and don't cut back on carbs too much.0

That^ and I discovered foods that made my nurser fussy... broccoli and onions..
So I ate less of those for awhile.
