Help me out guys I struggle so bad with self discipline. Today we have our annual meeting which includes silly amounts of pizza and KFC. How can I resist??

    go for the KFC, yummy fried protein!

    you still need to eat, just have a light dinner tonight.

    You can't have discipline without trusting and loving yourself. Have what you like, but not in silly amounts.

    Just an idea, eat a ton of grapes before your meetup, they'll fill you up so you won't want to indulge.

    one of the weirder suggestions I've seen! if OP wants to have something before hand to fill up I'd suggest a protein shake or something like that....or just eat the fried chicken!

    I would either bring your own food....or if you know what restaurant they are ordering from you can always plan ahead of time how much you want and fit it into your day

    So I had 3 boneless and 1 hot wing. Then smashed the gym burned it all off. Logged food and exercise still under goal for today !!!
