Ready to make lifestyles changes in 2018!!

Hello my name is Antiquo. I have been on this rollercoaster ride for years now & I'm ready to reach my goals to live a healthy lifestyle. My current weight is 206 & my goal is to weigh 180. I'm strongly considering a vegan lifestyle due to my food allergies I can't eat acidity foods such as many fruits. I need help, information, recipes, & a lot of motivation!

    Hey there, fellow vegan here. I have been living a vegan lifestyle around 5 months now and have actually gained weight. BUT I have not focused on many simple, natural recipes and have instead been eating a lot of baked goods (even vegan baked goods are apparently not good for weight loss, lol!). My goal is to stick to a more natural vegan diet in the new year.

    You are considering veganism because you can't eat fruit?

    If you just cut down on your food intake, you will lose weight, without the need for special recipes or motivation.

    You want to limit yourself to fruits and vegetables because you can't eat some fruits and vegetables?
