Hiya
. So im just trying to be serious about shifting some weight now. I lost over 3 and a half stone with slimming world but have put that back on with extra.
I'm turning 30 in May so just trying to get myself to a more comfortable weight, and a better relationship with food and exercise.
My plan is a calorie deficit, working through C25K and DDP Yoga.
Im currently 16 stone 11.5, looking to get back to around 12 and a half. Any one who wants to be friends would be great
