Starting over for the millionth time. Looking for some people to start this journey with! Need to lose 80lbs all together but aiming for 20lbs first

    Welcome back! Not from Chicago but a fellow mid-westerner in Cincinnati-area.

    Since you mentioned you're a serial starter I'd encourage you to think critically about your approach to help you better find success. What made you fail/stop/"fall off the wagon" last time? What are you doing this time around to curb that?
