Looking thinner but not loosing weight

I’ve noticed changes in my appearance and I’ve dropped sizes but the weight on the scale (two different scales, not a glitch) doesn’t budge. I mainly do cardio and rarely lift weights above 5-10 pounds (light) so I do not know what’s going on. Has this happened to anyone else? What can I do to move the scale? I know that appearance and health is most important but it still bothers me.

How much time has passed with no weight change? How many/much size(s) dropped, approximately? Different answers to those questions would suggest different explanations.2

You could be gaining muscle and losing fat at the same time. That’s usually what happens when you lose inches and the scale stays the same. Muscle weighs more than fat so this is completely normal3

I dunno how tall you are, but generally a size 2-0 is pretty small. It could be that you don't have quite as much fat to lose as you thought, and you've just been toning up more.
But if you are concerned, probably best to see a weight specialist to help get your actual numbers, so you know how many calories you actually need to get to your best weight.

I’m 5’6. Shouldn’t I still be loosing if I’m keeping the same pattern instead of toning? I’ve heard a lot about muscle and that doesn’t interest me that much. I’ll look at if I need to stop loosing fat though. Thank you for the advice.

That seems already quite small for 5'6" (I'm 5'5", fairly narrow build, and size 4 at almost the bottom of the normal BMI range). It seems like you must already be pretty lean.
Over the course of a month, without a progressive weight training program, a woman isn't going to add measurable muscle mass to offset fat loss.
At your size and probable leanness, you likely won't be able to lose weight very fast in any healthy way - the math doesn't work out. You may've tightened up a bit, or had some water retention changes (even those should show up on the scale), but I can't think of anything else that's likely in that time period with no weight change.
It might be good to check in with your doctor to see if s/he has an explanation, and ask whether healthy weight loss is realistic at this point.2 -

Thank you for this advice. I’ll definitely keep it in mind! what you said about muscle mass helped a lot because of my fear of bulking up.. that’s a little irrational but I hope you can understand.0 -
I wouldn't worry about bulking up, unless your testosterone levels are high, or the women in your family tend to be muscular, for the rest of us, we have to seriously work at it, have a look at the thread, "halp, lifting heavy made me supah bulky" for reassurance1
