I'd hire my own personal filling station attendant

I'd still have 999,980 dollars to spare

Use it as a small loan to build my business empire. ;)

First pay off house, student loan.
Home renovations... or just moving.... because *kitten* this state.
Get a truck or van. Buy new furniture.
Put up a fence. Get a dog... but not a monkey.
    Family vacation.

I don't know. In reality I'd probably hoard it and not buy anything.

I'd buy a small apartment in every city I love and a cabin in Russia. When there's no money left, I'd become a minimalist and probably live off rental income. Then, I'd create the life I've always wanted to have. Sigh.

I would pay a million dollars for a neck rub right now, it doesn’t even have to be a good one if my hair gets played with a little

A million dollars isn't what it used to be...

That's really not a lot of money. But it will pay off my mortgage and allow me to start building on my custom retirement home. Pay off some students loans for my daughters college would be nice.

I would love to buy an island somewhere and spend my winters there, the cold this year is intolerable for me. Not sure much would be left over after all this if any.

I'd buy a green dress and an emu (but not a real green dress - that's cruel)

Pay off the mortgage and salt the rest away in an IRA, then retire a few years earlier than I had planned.
