Ripped in 30, ChaLEAN XTreme, Cathe, or P90x?

I'm still in the process of finishing the 30 Day Shred, but I've started to think about what I want to do after this. I'm leaning toward ChaLEAN XTreme, but would appreciate thoughts from fans of Ripped in 30, Cathe, and P90x (as well as any other programs I may not be aware of).
I'm up for a challenge, but definitely not to the level of Insanity. I'd prefer something I can do in 45 minutes or under, which from what I've heard, rules out P90x.
I still have 20 or so pounds to lose, and I'm 45, but fairly strong. I used to teach aerobics in college, so although I'm not in great shape now, I do know what it is to be fit and to workout hard. One thing I know about my workout preferences is that I don't like anything with a lot of dance. I prefer a bootcamp style format.
Any thoughts or suggestions?

Ripped in 30 sounds perfect for you then! It is most definitely harder than 30DS, but easy to transition to... It's kind of the same routine with Jillian, 3-2-1, etc. It just kicks it up a few notches. I really enjoyed (well, you know what I mean... haha) both of those programs. Now, I just pick one of those workouts every day and do it... plus incorporating her Yoga Meltdown DVD. It's working well for me!0

I didn't care for Ripped in 30. But that might just be me. I am eying "Supreme 90" on Amazon. It's shorter than P90 (35-45 minute workouts) and it's only $25.00. The reviews on it seem to be that it's comparable to P90. I haven't bought it yet, because I have quite a collection of work out DVDs as it is. I am trying to use them in rotation. But I bet in a few months, this will be the one I purchase.0

Thanks to both of you for your responses!

Thanks for your input! Is there much plyo in ChaLEAN Extreme? I'm kind of wanting to avoid extreme plyo. I'm doubtful about whether plyo is good for the knees long term.0 -
