Hi! I am 4'10'' and I am looking for support and friends who are in a similar food-caloric intake range!! :wink: I'm 1,200 calories a day myself.

    Hi there fellow petite! I’m 5’0ft and I have a calorie target range of 1490. I lose about 1.5lbs with that. I tried 1200 and it’s too hard for me to stick to. I feel more comfortable with 1490.

    I am 4'10" and 198lbs! Right now intake is 1500 but might change after tuesday.

    I'm 4'10.5" and around 130 pounds right now. I've been as high as 170 during pregnancy. My goal is 1000 - 1200 calories eating high fat low carb... which allows me to not feel so hungry.

    Hi! I'm 5'0" and my current weight is 155 lb. I started working with a registered dietician when I reached my high weight of 172 lb.....more than I ever weighed with either of my pregnancies. I stay between 1350-1400 calories per day and have been slowly losing 0.5-1 lb per week since May. I can't go lower than that without feeling deprived. No specific plan, just calories out > calories in. My goal weight is 140 lb....which is what I was when I got married. Even though I'm short, I've never been one of those tiny 100 lb girls. LOL.

    Hi, I'm 4'10. Eating approx 1200 per day. My current weight is 65kg (144 pounds) looking at a goal weight of 110 pounds. Have just started back on this journey, will be for good this time!!

    I’m 5’1 and all over the map with calorie intake. I have a horrible habit of nighttime overeating and oversnacking even when I know I’m not hungry and I want so badly to kick it. I know the right things to do I just often don’t do them and I need some encouragement to stop. I’ve had enough of this behavior pattern and I’m looking for an accountability buddy to work with to be constant cheerleaders/butt kickers to help follow through with good intentions.     I'm 5'6" but very skinny (size 0 jeans), and 118 lbs has been my weight for most of my adult life (until recently) so my calorie cap is generally lower too. I'm starting at 1600 but plan to lower it eventually (calculators say I should be around 12-1400!)

    Funny. :) I just try to find a support group of people with similar goals and meal plans as I. I find it helps.

    I tell that to everyone all the time too :) .

    Technically 4'11 3/4" (halves and quarters count!), also supposed to be at the 1200 mark, and looking to lose 13-15 pounds.

    I'm 37, I have 3 kids, and I just barely scrape 5'0". I'm currently 123.4 pounds (approximately 56 kg) and I'm wanting to get down to about 100-105 pounds (approximately 45.3-47.6 kg). My caloric goal is approximately 1200 calories per day.

    Always like finding similar height friends, because the 5'8"+ tall people just don't get it.

    I'm Amanda and I'm 4'11" and 124#.
    I'd like to lose about 3-4% body fat, or get to 110#.
    I eat at about 1300-1400 calories.
    I weight train 3x and
    cardio 2x per week (for fun: Zumba and walking)
