I started my New Years resolution on Sept 24th by joining MFP and joining the gym, my new NYR are to continue eating well, to go to the gym a bit more consistently, and to drink more water.

Lose 30 lbs by April and another 30 by August sometime. If my shape is the same as before that should get me into my shorts from high school!
Also trying to eat less carbs and find exercises I enjoy.

To be active everyday and get at least 30 min of exercise a day.
To read a book or play piano in the evenings instead of mindless time on my phone or TV.

I didn't have one, but thereshegoesagain inspired me. I just opened a savings account to save $2018 by the end of the year. Maybe I'll go on a shopping spree, or dedicate it to something I want by then.

Reach the high end of a healthy bmi, and maintain there (I don't think I'd look acceptable at anything but the upper end of a healthy bmi -- anything lower looks way too skinny to me) and consistently exercise at least 3x a week.

I am hoping to be married by the end of the year. An engagement will be I'm sure in the next few months. My goal is to lose as many pounds as I can so that I can be comfortable and beautiful on my wedding day.

Simple.... get my life back!! After “open heart” gain 60 lbs. I’m going to lose this weight, get back in shape and live again.

Hit mid point BMI for my height /weight.

Improve upper body strength. ( not aiming to get ripped - just do modest exercises)
