I'm walking 1 hour 2 times a week to start.

That does sound about right. I’m about 35 pounds less and I’m sticking to a 1200 calorie day.1

If that's the case I might as well do my high school no more than 500 calories a day.
I had a bag of chips, a chocolate bar for breakfast every morning and picked at whatever my mom cooked at night or didn't eat at all. I'm going to try that. Same principle and very satisfying.0 -
You would be losing weight with anything less than about 2300 calories I think (TDEE)0
