    Headed out for my bday dinner tonight- I had a lighter lunch after my workout that was protein heavy. Looked at the restaurant’s menu ahead of time. REALLY REALLY want a margarita. Decided against the marg. Gonna do a tequila/soda/squeeze of lime instead because I’d rather eat tacos!! Opting for 3 shrimp tacos on CORN tortillas and black beans. NO rice.

    I'm making a simple broiled harissa salmon. I'm thinking pearl couscous and wilted spinach to go with. Or carrots. Or both. I love cooked carrots sooo much.

    And I'm kind of short calories today, so maybe something else. Maybe a couple Hershey's kisses although really I need more protein, not carbs.

    Last night was jerk chicken with roasted root vegetables (turnips, parsnips, carrots, radishes and onions).

    Tonight will be a blackened fresh caught catfish filet over rice and crawfish etouffee, and a side of beet and kale greens with homemade pickled hot pepper rings.
