It suddenly hit me that... i'm 5'4"...
i was never SUPPOSED to be 195... :noway:
my wrists, my ankles, my body frame... the person on the inside knows the extra weight is not supposed to be there!!!
I'm not even supposed to be 160...
and I'm ACTUALLY doing this...
Is it normal to still feel your larger self, and then suddenly miss it when you realize its not there? like... phantom body experience i guess?
i swear i still feel the chub i already lost. i reach for my normal pants, and at first dont understand why they dont fit. i get confused when i dont run into counters at the same distance i used to...
What the heck is going on?!

it's normal... my depth perception was off for a while as I adjusted to my new size. I still do double takes in the mirror... not out of vanity b/c I sometimes don't recognize the person staring back at me. It takes a while to get used to a completely new physical appearance. Congrats on your loss!0

Hi I definately still feel like I'm the 205lb I started off at I look in the mirror and still see the fat girl in front of me. I'm not at my goal yet but I hope when I am I don't still feel this way.0

It's when I'm in bed first thing in the morning, and I start squishing my tummy and legs and love handles realizing there's less to squish than there used to be. Part of me is missing the me that's not there anymore, but part of me is very excited about losing even more squish.0
