Unable to understand, please rephrase?
Are you feeling weaker, and your workouts are suffering?
Or
Do you want some magic pill that will cause you to have high energy and burn fat?0 -

This. I'm unclear what your concern is.0 -
I work out so hard, but feel my diet is holding me back. Never really done a lot of research into clean eating. Wanting to know the best foods to eat to help suppress hunger. Especially at night is when I’m the most hungry0

Everyone is different,
You'll need to experiment with Meal timing and density of Fat/Carbs/Protein and fiber content to figure out what satisfies you... You will also need to ensure that you're getting enough protein/carbs to fuel your training.
Standard questions:
Starting weight/Goal Weight?
Age/Gender?
Daily calories/Deficit/Weekly loss target?
Training program?

As above, are you effectively fueling your training sessions. Especially if you are only trying to trim body fat/recomp.0 -
