    I am aiming for 10,000 a day on average, 310,000 for the month total. Only 240,474 to go.

    I lost some steps this week when my vivofit battery went dead.

    I work a desk job M-F. Goal: average 10,000 steps / day (January)

    Daily ~ MTD ~ Average
    1. 2,912 ~ 2,912 ~ 2,912 ~ My back hurting, car round trip 3 1/2 hours & niece's bday party...I know this will get better!
    2. 7,577 ~ 10,489 ~ 5,244 ~ Still not on treadmill, but my back doing better.
    3. 12,659 ~ 23,148 ~ 7,716 ~ Walked 2 miles on treadmill & my back stiffened up later.
    4. 8,453 ~ 31,601 ~ 7,900 ~ Non-treadmill day / staying off until my back improves more, almost there!
    5. 7,851 ~ 39,452 ~ 7,890 ~ Another non-treadmill day / massage did wonders for my back.
    6. 10,574 ~ 50,026 ~ 8,337 ~ Finally, walked 3 miles on treadmill, didn't push & felt great!
    7. 8,010 ~ 58,036 ~ 8,290 ~ Busy / unplanned non-treadmill day.

    I'm in! Glad I found you. My goal is at least 11,000 steps per day which was super easy during vacation but won't be as easy now that I'm back at work.

    Just getting myself together and was looking for a challenge. I know I have missed the first week, but I want to make myself accountable, so here I am. As I have a sedentary job, my Fitbit is set to remind me to complete 250 steps per hour (Hourly Activity) between 8am and 7pm. My goal is to walk 10,000+ steps per day. Since the beginning of the year, I have only achieved this twice, and I do not walk on weekends, so joining this group will make me accountable and have to achieve this goal each day. Here goes:

    January
    1 Jan - 4,323 - First day of the year - went swimming, but not much walking - Hourly Activity: 3/10
    2 Jan - 7,503 - Hourly Activity: 6/10
    3 Jan - 8,217 - Hourly Activity: 8/10
    4 Jan - 7,625 - Hourly Activity: 6/10
    5 Jan - 10,140 :) - Hourly Activity: 8/10
    6 Jan - 2,793 - Did not walk today except round the house - do not walk on weekends - will have to change that - Hourly Activity - 1/10
