Squats are my best lift, so it has to be squats.

My current fun, enjoyable only because of the difference its has made aesthetically is kneeling squats. Holy glute activation, glute progress is amazing.

Heavy deadlifts and pull-ups. Or basically anything that makes me feel badass, like squats with chains.

Deadlift seems popular among everyone here so I'll add my second favorite - barbell rows.

Cardio? Incline treadmill between 15-30%. Flutes are literally on fire when I’m done ;)

"There is no reason to be alive if you can't do deadlift"-Jón Páll Sigmarsson

I have to stop myself from deadlifting too much. I pulled a new max on Sunday of 495 and on Tuesday I did 475 for doubles for a light day. I think I have a problem but the day after "light day" only a tad bit of tightness in lower back. Looking forward to below knee rack pulls tomorrow for volume at likely around 505.

I love group fitness of all types. Zumba, P90X, Insanity, Bootcamp, Pilates, Cize, etc. The ones with cardio and strength combined are my favorites.
