Diet soda, water, unsweetened tea, etc.0

I really enjoy coke zero, and if you're in the U.S. clear American brand flavored and artificially sweetened sparkling water. Also crystal light has some really good flavors0

I drink water and seltzer water. La Croix has some great ones. Also tea and coffee.0

Water0

- Water, sparkling water, sugar-free vitamin water
- Tea (optional: milk, cream, sweetener)
- Coffee (optional: milk, cream, sweetener)
- Diet pop (e.g. Coke Zero, Diet Pepsi, Diet Sprite), diet juice
- Unsweetened almond / cashew milk (can be used as a milk substitute in coffee, tea, shakes, etc.)
- Sugar-free / low carb meal replacement or protein shakes (Slimfast has a high protein chocolate shake with 1 g carbs - tastes like chocolate milk!)
Diet pop / juice is a better alternative to full sugar pop / juice, although there have been some studies that suggest sweeteners can cause an insulin response, so you might want to take that into consideration.1 -
I'm not diabetic but I tend to run into a lot of issues with hypoglycemia. I'll drink diet soda/pop, Powerade zero, propel, those water flavoring squeeze things, sometimes flavored sparkling water, and kool aid packets made with sucralose instead of sugar0

It's hard to tell what someone else will like but basically any drink with no/little sugar that you enjoy should be fine. Diet drinks, unsweetened or artificially sweetened tea or coffee, milk or milk substitutes.
Water is also great. If you don't like plain water try adding fruit or cucumber slices. Or there are a number of zero calorie water flavor enhancers available - Mio, Crystal Light, etc.0 -
Water, coke zero are my go to drinks.0

My fiance is a type 1 diabetic. He drinks tea sweetened with splenda, powerade zero, and diet dr. pepper or diet cherry pepsi.
Honestly though, it depends on what you consider good for you. If you don't mind artificial sweeteners, the drinks above would be my suggestions. Otherwise, maybe try water with lemon (or other fruit) or naturally sweet herbal teas (raspberry is good).0
