5’11 here! Just starting out in here again. Back up to 197. Got down to 173 a couple years ago. Goal is 160!

6'2" here and celebrating the end of my first year with MFP today!
    • Start weight (at 4 January 2019): 282lbs
    • Today's weight: 179lbs
    • Goal weight: 172 lbs (50kg loss!)
I'm trying not to fixate on not reaching goal within a year...2lb a week is a healthy rate to lose at and hey, I'm now within the healthy BMI range and a UK size 16, which is perfectly acceptable for my height (yes, I'd like to a be a 14 but I can work on toning up). Re the comments I've seen on here about clothes for taller ladies, in the UK Long Tall Sally is the place to go (https://www.longtallsally.com/ – not sure whether operate outside the UK)...their inside leg measurement goes to 38" and their maxi dresses and trousers are the perfect length. Starting to enjoy getting new clothes for the first time in years and proud of what I've achieved over the last year!
