Feeling Complacent

My stats;
Highest Weight: 398lbs
Current Weight: 240lbs
Goal Weight: It was 190
I have been feeling really complacent recently. My end goal was never to be skinny and I have solved for the only co-morbidity that I had and am in perfect health. This is the lowest weight I have ever been and I am happy with where I am at BUT i don't want to be OK stopping here. I still have ~50 more lbs to lose. I don't know if it's fear of the unknown of being a skinnier person, the fear of loose skin and loosing my boobs (thankfully I haven't lost them yet), if I just don't have the energy to focus my life around weight loss or if I am just happy where I am at.
I am still pushing through the feelings and losing weight (mainly for my wedding dress) but I am kinda emotionally confused. I also feel like I have pretty much accomplished all the goals I set out at the beginning of this journey so maybe I just need to set some new goals. Idk, just thinking out loud.

Maybe ask your doctor for an opinion on your weight. If the doc is happy, then be complacent. If not, it could be the push you need to keep going.1

Doc said he would be happy anywhere between 180-210 but put my official goal weight at 190. It's not really any motivation for me to keep going because I am more worried about my happiness then some number he pulled out of his hat.
It's weird because I am happy where I am at, but feel like I shouldn't be happy. Don't really know how to explain it.1 -
Wow!! Congrats on losing the weight. Why not take a two week break? You’re just 30 pounds from the higher weight your doc recommended. Shoot for that maybe after you recommit to the new goal. Then see if 190 is even necessary. It might not be for you. It’s your decision.1

It's good to feel happy where you're at. You should be happy because you've worked hard and also because our weight shouldn't determine our happiness. But keep going. You're healthy now but as you age, the extra weight can cause health problems. I feel good 20 lbs above what is considered healthy for me, but diabetes runs in my family, so I want to shoot for a lower, healthier weight.1

Congrats on an amazing loss! I think taking a break sounds like a good idea. Maybe 2 weeks off will give you time to process what you want to achieve next, if anything.0

Thank you guys. I have had a few people suggest taking a break. I think I may do that. Continue my healthy eating and workout routine but not be necessarily actively trying to lose weight. I kinda did that through the holidays and lost still lost weight just at a much slower rate. That may be what I should do until I figure out what I want.
