Mmmmmmm can't find thread but,
I'll post anyway ..:laugh:
Joined MFP @ 161
Began Challenge @ 159
Valentine Weigh in ...................151 lbs ( missed x 2lbs)
Valentines Target ......... was 149
But thats 10 lbs in 6 weeks ......
I'm pretty pleased with that, after having to go away for 10 days
and break my routine .....( & visit bars :drinker: )
Now to set new short term target ..:sad:
Keep focused guys n girls :glasses:

I was gonna start a new one for the final weigh in's but may as well use this as you are keen!!
Well started challenge 197lbs
goal was 180lbs
weigh today.............182lbs!!
Also 2lbs off but not too bad!!!

Started this challenge at 270 and my goal was to lose 15 lbs....and I did it!!!!!! weight today is 255, so I reached my goal exactly!!!!!!! I've been at 255 for over a week so I thought I would surpass my goal, but no such luck......

Good job everyone.
My goal was to loose 7 pounds
Started at 145
And today I weigh 144,,, big *$#&%$%$ deal...
I am sooo frustrated, I don't know what I am doing wrong.

I think this is going in two different topics, I am going to post here too:
I missed my goal by many, many pounds...
But as I am learning, progress is not only measured by weight. My legs are much more muscular and I am able to run a full hour on the treadmill. I am also getting my favorite monthly visitor so this deadline/challenge has very bad timing
Anyway here are my results...
Started 1/15 - 148
Ended at 143 (when my goal was 135)
