    I use the recipe builder.

This or I just log the ingredients separately when possible.

I do my best at finding something similar in the database. But, like today, my soup didn't consist of much chicken like it did the other night for dinner, so I decreased the serving size because of the ratio.

I’ve entered the smoothie I usually make in the morning in my recipes so I can add it in one shot. But for other recipes it might really be off by 100 cals or so I have a feeling!

Recipe builder! Then you get pretty accurate macros for all of your meal prep items!
  • You can import recipes from a website and alter it to match the changes you made.

Recipe builder for sure. I never try and find an entry in the database for food I made, because I have no idea how the food in the database was made.

Yes use the recipe builder and create all the meals you normally eat. It may take a bit of time at first but once you have all your recipes created it will be so easy to log afterwards.

From the website, go to the Food tab across the top, then to Recipes. You'll have the option to import the recipe from a website or manually enter the ingredients individually.
