Eating late....!?

Hey! I’ve been doing great with counting calories and meeting or staying under my daily calorie goal.... HOWEVER - I find that after a long day I’m finishing up the last 300+ calories after 9pm! My question is; does it really make a difference — eating late?? I’m sure I can come with better options — just curious if anyone has some expert advice on whether or not eating after a certain hour makes a difference on weight loss. Thanks !!!

I lost 25 kg and my last snack was usually somewhere between about 11 pm and 1 am.

It matters if you are staying in your calorie goal, not when you eat your calories.

I think eating time is only relavent to when you're weighing yourself. It won't matter in the long run, but weigh yourself close enough to your last meal and it could show a gain on the scale. I think that's why it matters to some.

No difference on weight loss. The only reasons some people may not eat later are if they binge at night or if they have issues sleeping on a full stomach.

I do the same thing... seems like it doesn't make a huge difference

Timing makes no difference, its all about staying within your calories.
