How do you know when to follow a calorie bracket for losing weight and knowing when your done and up your intake in order to maintain weight and start leaning out and toning. I'm not sure which I should be doing...

Let's start with the basics. Height, current weight, age, gender?

Not to oversimplify but clean eating makes everything so much easier. I just started doing it myself(finally) and I don’t stress so much about it. I track it regardless now though

What on earth does that have to do with the OP's question?

Yup, OP - need this info before giving any advice.

ETA: but as for "toning" - whatever you would do for that then, start doing now. It's never too early to start strength training or working out. Doesn't matter if you're losing or maintaining.

I've been clean eating for quite a while now. This info helps, thanks!

If you are happy with your weight then switch to maintenance. There is never a better time to start focusing on fitness than right now.
