100lb to lose by the end of 2018

Need to lose 100lb this year for a healthier mind and body.
Plans are to eat better and mindfully, as well as move more. I have signed up to a half marathon in September 2018. So the pressure starts now .
But will be starting off with a couch to 5k program over the next 9 weeks.
In 3 days and counting.....

    That's practically 2lb loss a week... wishing you all the best. Make a start and this time next year you could be posting on the Success boards :smile:

    Definitely a strong target to aim for but please don’t get disheartened if you don’t achieve a perfect 100. Any weight loss is good and this is a long term lifestyle change. Be kind to yourself along the way.

    Awesome! Keep working towards your goal, that’s definitely attainable with dedication. Can’t wait to hear about your half marathon!

    My goal for this year is 70! My overall is 100..

    Remember to readjust your profile as you loose weight so that MFP reflects your new Calorie required thing :)
