New to conscious eating

Hi Im Nandi, I grew up eating well and played a lot of sports but after I fell pregnant and gave birth I let myself go and didn't care much about my appearance.. Now Im trying to lose all the weight I've gained and trying to lose my belly fat as well.. Any suggestions on how to get back to the old me?

    Well you came to the right place. Years ago I did MFP and loss all kinds of weight. Just by logging your meals and trying to stay under your daily allowance can be fun, addicting and works unbelievably. Get some friends on here to help motivate you daily also return the motivate because everyone can use motivating. You can invite me as a friend if you want. Just remember we only get one life so lets stay in for as long as we can.
