Stomach pain

For about 3 or 4 days now I've been experiencing really terrible stomach pains and I'm thinking it's due to a change in my eating habits. It's like I'm extremely hungry but I'm not. it hurts when I eat, after I eat, when I'm sitting or standing. I have to unbutton my pants because I'm so uncomfortable. I'm thinking it could be that my stomach is shrinking. I get soooo hungry and then can barely eat anything then 20 minutes later I'm starving again. Has anyone else had this happen? I hope it goes away

haha I was hoping it wasn't something serious. I really don't like going to the doctors.RuNaRoUnDaFiEld wrote: »Have you increased fibre too quickly?
That is a possibility! I never used to really eat much veggies per day. The only other change in my diet is I drink 1 tbs of apple cider vinegar a day and a tbs of coconut oil.1 -

it probably isnt anything serious, but we cant diagnose that over the internet.
is there a reason you drink ACV and coconut oil? they have no magical weight loss properties.0 -

Stop the ACV, it is more than likely that combined with the increased fibre.
ACV does nothing, it;s a load of bull *kitten*0
