Peanut Butter makes me sad...

Peanut butter is my kryptonite0

I had 8g of Meridian crunchy peanut butter this morning. Sooo delicious, but sadly not anywhere near the amount I wanted to wolf down. Given the chance, I could eat the whole jar in a sitting
I've tried PB2, hated it. It's just processed crap, doesn't taste anything like real peanut butter and not healthy at all.

Just tried the peanut butter & celery thing this morning. Was able to get 1 tbsp (1 tsp) each on three 4 in "stalks" of celery. Added a little kosher salt for taste.
It was ok, didn't knock my socks off, but its a good way to get rid of some extra celery that you have on hand, as I do now.0 -

That’s why it’s best just off the spoon,, savouring that delicious peanut buttery goodness.... Mmmmm :-))0

I’m sorry you have had to deal with this. But I have to say it’s a relief to see someone else with the same problem as me. My family and friends think I’m crazy. Hubby and I were on an elimination diet. When it was time to add peanut butter back in I was getting incredibly depressed. Actually crying. I had never felt like this before. At first I did not associate it with the peanut butter. But after the third time it was pretty clear that is what was causing it.3

I no longer eat legumes, but when I did, I would get PB2 and mixit up with some EVOO. Of course, that made it pretty calories dense as well. I'm no help I realize LOL0

I use the great value brand peanut butter powder. I buy the giant tub for about $8. Every time I want a sandwich or peanut butter with my fruit I mix 2 TBSP with 1 TBSP water and boom. Peanut butter. Looks, spreads and tastes like peanut butter to be but it’s only 50 cal.
It’s also extremely versatile and I use it to make peanut chicken, zoodles, baked goods, milkshakes, etc...
