Question of the Day- Day 15!!!

I am going to apologize in advance I am using my phone!

What is your biggest obstacle in losing weight?

**Me- For sure the food! I am obsessed with food and I have to really fight my temptations!!! Exercise doesn't bother me too much it's the food!!

    Eating out with my hubby. He always has to get dessert.

    Time to exercise! I have a toddler and also work from home, so I have a very small window in which I can exercise (and do other fun fun things, like hobbies--wait, what are those again?), but hopefully hubby and I will be able to figure something out so I can workout in the morning while the baby and he nap (husband works graveyard) and I can still get work done.

    Amazing food that my boyfriend can eat since he's a bodbuilder and I have to stick to egg whites and grilled chicken :(

    This question made me think......
    I have a few obstacles
    1) Being bored and thinking I'm hungry when I'm not.
    2) Being thirsty and thinking I'm hungry when I'm not
    3) Not being able to recognize when I'm full and pushing away
    4) Experiencing emotions (any emotions) and filling them with food
    5) Being too lazy to exercise when all I have to do is 'get it done'

    I'd have to say being around my family makes it an obstacle because they are able to eat food and not have to worry about it sticking to their body unlike me :/ they eat food that looks so darn good and of course I want to join in and be apart of that. Then there I am getting grilled chicken, water, salads, etc while there eating pizza, fried chicken, burgers, ice-cream  it's just not FAIR!!!!! I'm like u I don't mind working out! I actually like it!

    I love food so thats my main obstace especially sweet stuff and mexican type food however I think Im starting to get a hold of it so its not that bad of a problem, but here soon I go back to work and school in like less than 2 weeks and Im thinking that finding time to exercise is going to a big obstacle
  • The fact that food just tastes so darn good! Especially since I quit smoking!! It's really hard for me to stop at just one service sometimes. Not all the time, mind you, but there have been times when I just want to eat and eat and eat.

    And late night snacking. Especially after the kids go to sleep. That's when I get to indulge in the stuff that I tell the kids they can't have without them watching me!

    Hahaha sounds like most of us agree it's food!!! Although it is very difficult watching your hubby or other famy indulge in whatever they want.. I didn't even think about that! I am really trying to control myself and while today was my first cheat day I am really fighting back!!!

    Food - food - and more food! I don't mind the workouts but I know I saboatoge them when I eat. Not so much as how much I'm eating, it's WHAT I'm eating.

    mine would be food, especially the snacking, also, not having a gym buddy to go to the gym with.
