Japanese Steakhouse Calories?

Hi all,

I am attending a birthday dinner tonight, and I was hoping to find a calorie menu online to determine ahead of time what to order. I have not been able to find anything. We are going to a Japanese Steakhouse. :( Are there any resources you can suggest to help me get an idea of the calorie content? I know this is not a healthy place to eat, so I'm trying to be as good as I can!

    Type what you're thinking about having into MFP's food database and find the option closest to what you're having.
    it may not be spot on, but should give you a pretty good idea of the calories in an item.

    If it's hibachi, look for Benihana in the database for comps.
