I’m 5’3 and started January 2016 at 249 lbs. I hit a road block in 2017 and gained 20 lbs from a job change working nights. I have lost the 20 lbs and a few more! I’m hoping to reach my goal this year. I currently weigh 189 lbs so I have lost 60 total. My goal is another 40 lbs to hit 100!! You girls look amazing! If I can do it...you can, too! It’s not easy and some days you’re not feeling it...but you have to trust the process!!

5'2" started at 155lb, down to 125lb.. I've been working at losing weight since December 2016. I'm actually down a few more pounds since this "after" picture was taken.

I'm 5'1" and this was the result after my 4th was born. By the time she was two I got down to 151 and started strength training and really counting my calories. I was down into the low 130's about 4 months later. I got pregnant with child #5 later that summer and gained most of it back. Baby #5 is now 9 months old and I'm at 156 so I've lost about 39 pounds so far. I hope to hit my goal by the summer.9 -
