Hey! I just discovered this part! How’s everyone’s goals so far? I’ve missed 4 days of yoga.. but sticking to it. When I set goals like this my tendency when I mess up is to give up. I am constantly telling myself this week that doing it with mess ups is still better than giving up.

Yes!!!! Get right back up and keep going!! I usually quit when I fall off the wagon too, but I am determined this time!!!! I have a ton of weight to lose and can’t afford to do anymore quitting.
