Hi!
LCHF is the way of eating that "clicked" for me, and I'm so happy to have found it. I'm like 5.5 months in now, and finally doing more living than hiding. Yay!
Not sure how accountability would work on here, but I'm definitely down to actively participate if someone has a plan.
