It has to be cheese curds... not shredded cheese. And if you want to get even more specific, Quebec cheese curds are best.

It has to be cheese curds... not shredded cheese. And if you want to get even more specific, Quebec cheese curds are best.

In the summer I ate 5 pounds of potatoes and a pound of cheese curds that way (also hella lotta gravy). Me thinks my Canadian is showing
