Okay, so just wondering if someone can answer a few questions for me.
1. Can I still lose weight eating whatever I have as long as it's under my calorie limit for the day?
2. Anyone know any workouts for apple shaped women focused mostly on belly fat, with No equipment required?
I don't have the money to go buy all these healthy meals for myself. I have to eat with my family & we have to eat pretty much whatever we can get. Please help!

1. Yes
2. You can not "spot train" areas on your body because that's a myth. If you want to focus on your stomach and it makes you feel better, you can do crunches.12 -

Okay! Thank you!0 -
i think it's true you can eat whatever you want as long as you stay within your calorie goals. having fattening junk foods to eat can make that hard though. Denise Austin makes some nice exercise videos on youtube. here's one you might like https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=52uvwCi03yE don't know your fitness level.2

I also like the walking/jogging fitness videos on YouTube. Lots of good, free, workout routines on there. I also carry a lot of weight around my stomach. I'm trying to just lose weight in general and focus on creating a healthy habit. Then, when I become more flexible and get some of this bulky fat out of the way, I can do target exercises for the core.7

So long as you are under your calorie goal, you will lose weight. However, food choice matters for nutritional purposes, and it is also worth noting that blowing your calories on high calorie, low nutrition food can leave you hungry and unsatisfied.
As others have said - you can't spot reduce fat with exercise. Fat frustratingly comes off where it wants to.11 -
As long as you're under your calorie goal you will lose weight, but that doesn't mean you'll be healthy. I eat what my family eats, but measure everything to make sure I'm eating a single serving. I also pre-plan all my meals for the day so that I know that I'm not going to starve at some point in the day. If you eat nothing but junk you'll use up your calories quickly and be left hungry, so try sticking to healthier lower calorie options.
Today I kept my lunch calories low eating salmon, rice, and broccoli because I knew that tonight my husband had planned on making steaks and mashed potatoes.5 -
1) You can probably lose weight, but you might be losing more water and muscle than fat. Unfortunately, relying solely on the calories in < calories out approach can potentially lead to other problems.
2) Belly fat represents the fat that has accumulated around the organs so the best way to get rid of it is through diet (basically eat like you're trying to control diabetes and high blood pressure and keep your portions small) and strength training. I get that money is an issue so try to check out budget cooking books from the library. One of my favorites is Jamie Chase's $5 Dinner Cookbook (there's also a breakfast/lunch book). Simply cooking your meals regularly is a huge step in the right direction.
As for workouts, try some of these:

1. Yes, you can. But you should hit your calorie goal, not try to go under it.
2. There are no specific workouts for women or for apple shaped people. Belly fat is just fat on your stomach and you lose fat from your stomach too when you lose weight.
You don't buy healthy meals. You buy simple ingredients, that usually are cheap, to combine balanced, tasty meals, which are healthy. Use whatever you have and get, and when you buy food, try to add on what you're missing from your diet. Think food groups. You need foods from each food group every day.7 -

Why? It's true and based on Scientific Research. Plus it's incredibly rude to tell someone to ignore another person's post.

How does that post have 14 woo's...it's terrible
Woo is not a positive reaction - it means woo as in woo-science/bu11cr@p7 -
Not to be argumentative, but the answer to your first question is NO. All calories are not equal. The is a huge metabolic difference between 100 calories of almonds and 100 calories of sugar or alcohol. Tracking calories is an excellent place to start. Tracking macros is much more effective for me.34

Nope.
Everyone can lose fat. That comes from a calorie deficit.
All diets manipulate calories in / calories out, it's not an approach - it's an expression of energy balance.
The fat around your organs is called visceral fat, belly fat is subcutaneous fat.
Neither can be targeted by working specific muscles.
A so called apple shaped person is still a human being and the same rules apply.
