Been using myfitnesspal for 1 week, and i think it's a wonderful tool. I cant wait to see if its 5 week predictions for my weight will be accurate.

    Yeah, it fluctuates slightly from day to day. I just log every single thing I eat (if I cant log it, it doesnt go in my mouth). I eat recommended portions, and I always keep my number well in the green. I try and get at least 10 to 20 minutes of workout in per day and track it with google fit, and I try to at least log over 100oz of water per day. Its working out good for me so far. I lost about 6 or 7 lbs in 9 days.
