If you're starving all the time, the issue may be your calorie goal and not your snacks. How many calories are you eating per day?

Another thing i was thinking of having little ham and cheese wraps cut in halves..

Without knowing anything about your current weight and activity level, it's impossible to know whether that's appropriate for you. Where did you get those calorie goals?

I love having stuff at work so I don't just grab bad crap and eat it.
I always keep some peanut butter and apples, bagels, baked pita chips and hummus, dark chocolate, carrots, anything I can easily through in a bag and keep at my desk or in the breakroom fridge.

My favorite snacks vary. Right now, it’s full fat cottage cheese or hard boiled eggs. I consistently have a low fat string cheese (Aldi’s fit and active is 50 calories a stick). Carrots are great too!

It may sound boring but I bring an Envy Apple, I eat it in the middle of the afternoon while drinking some tea, keeps me full until dinner.

I like to eat apples, lightly salted popcorn, and other fruit for my snacks. I love cashews but I found that nuts can quickly creep up on you with the calorie count.

I have a tub of nuts on my desk. I also like an apple cut into chunks with a little almond butter and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Boiled eggs are also good.

Quaker protein oatmeal and pumpkin seeds are my lifesavers.

I get salted cucumber or raw broccoli. I think I've finally learned my lesson about snacks. I've had much more success when I keep them very low calorie.

Oatmeal, boiled eggs, smoked almonds, lots of raw veggies with hummus, deli meat and water! Lots and lots of water!
