Are you close enough with your neighbors to ask if they possibly had seen anyone, someone with feet that large would be potentially more noticeable. And in future neighbors can be more aware to keep a look out if they know this happened.

I love reading about that case!!! I love that you know about it too!

    Noooooo, it's amazing.

    I love cold cases.

bb my favourite shows are true crime shows <3

I just read up on it a bit.. completely reminds me of The Villisca House Murders. The house still stands, it's a few hours from me. You can tour it and do over night tours. It's supposedly haunted. And really eerie.

Ooooh, I'd love to check that out

Do. It's eerily similar to the Hinterkaifeck murders, minus the snow.

You know what they say about ghosts with big feet

They check every door I own?

I really have nothing funny to say, not enough coffee yet.

    I’m super not laughing either

I am, very sorry! Might I suggest, installing security cameras &'ve them visible, instead of hidden? While it isn't aesthetically appealing to view, the objective's to prevent crime 1st; capture it 2nd!

Since I ran errands today, I took a picture; of 1 of my 4 surveillance cameras! This 1's purposefully tilted somewhat downward, so that if someone where to successfully duck under a 2nd camera; I'd still catch them upon this 1!

Not that would be on the property. Not a meter reader either. Sheriff lives 2 properties over. He’s going to come by.

    Good idea.

But I am pretty sure it's nothing. Maybe someone got lost looking for another address.

The property is big enough and the house is set far back enough that you wouldn’t be here unless you needed to be. I’m alone with 3 kids. I just want him to take a look and tell me it’s nothing.

Do you own a gun or a taser gun , pepper spray for protection ?

No stun guns're illegal, within New Jersey! No I've no fear of being a victim, my fear'd be; not being their 1st & final!

The camera in the picture are night vision. the little bulb like nubs around the perimeter are infrared lighting for the night vision feature. Only problem is that inside the glass those will just reflect back, and you wont see anything at night except the reflection off the inside of the glass.

Putting extra lighting outdoors, if you wanna keep the cameras indoors {these cameras're also weather resistant}; counteracts that by ensuring that the night vision feature doesn't work like it doesn't during daylight!
