Hi everyone! I have lost 75lbs on my own using low carb, but I have hit a stand still

You will plateau from time to time. you may have to adjust your diet cals. to account for you new weight. You can change things up a bit - add a couple carb days - change up you exercise routine -are you lifting weights? - Eastcoast Jim

Thanks, and yes I go to the gym everyday. I don’t really lift weights because of a recent shoulder surgery, but I walk/run and work on my abs.0

I know about shoulder injuries. When feels better look into a program like Starting strength or Strong Curves. Depending on the injury, just moving it might help. Eastcoast Jim1
