Hello, I began my diet exactly 1 week ago (I mostly call it a lifestyle change).
This is my first day on this app. I used to be on a app called Lose It, which is great as well, but lots of people recommended this app.
I’m hoping to lose 50 lbs by June!

    I use to use Lose It as well before several of my friends recommended trying MFP. I have found MFP to be very resourceful and has a lot of good tools to use. Good luck on your journey!

    I've used MFP halfheartedly in the past for a few weeks here and there. If I have to be honest with myself, I wasn't ready to commit to weight loss those times. This time, it's different. I'll be 50 this year and I don't want to be miserable anymore. I've spend too many years hiding from cameras and being the one in the background. I am committed to a journey of a new me.
