Hit 40 last year. Still feel like I'm in my 20s. But, hate that I'm not.

The big 55 tomorrow. Still feel young but have to work at staying in shape to make sure that I can still do all the things I enjoy

68 but don't feel like it at all. I tried retirement. Didn't stick. Now a consultant to the health department where I live, promoting physical activity. Walk | Bike | Hike for Health.

42 this year and found my first 2 white hairs earlier this week. The first real sign that I'm aging. Always wanted to live forever and the only way I'm going to make my run better and longer is to lose weight and starting looking after my body so it gets me through.
I make a lot of excuses and self-sabotaging justifications for poor choices. I want to make this year the year that all changes.

44 - Bristol in the UK - only got 5kg left to loose, but the last few are the painful ones - hence joining MFP in an attempt to shift them

I am 43 from Indiana. I have 5kids, 1 dog, and a whole lot of cats. I chased my own dreams for 32 years and then God woke me up to what was truly important when my wife died at the age of 29. My life has been a rollercoaster of highs and lows but the older I get, the more I understand how important it is to be at peace with whatever comes. Bad things are going to come in this life, but what is my backup plan? Where do I put my hope? I am dying more and more day by day. I can't stop time. I can't outwork old age. If I try to fight the inevitable, I will only find myself exhausted and depressed. My happiness does not come from holding onto this life. My joy comes from knowing I am ready for the next. I trust in God. :)
