Hi I've tried several different ways of losing weight, weight watchers, slimming world, but both just get tedious. So I thought I'd give this a try, any tips gratefully received

Log your food. Every day at the end of the day study your FOOD page and find ways to cut a few calories here and there.
Small changes, not a big overhaul. Eat what you like, get good database entries.

Weigh your food instead of guessing. Don't get hung up on a bad day. When the day starts start right back in. There are more to success than the numbers on the scale. Inches count. Having more energy counts. Being proud of youself counts. Being able to walk without being winded counts. Don't get hung up on the numbers. Do your best every day and you will succeed.0
