Here is a picture of my transformation..
Still need to drop 40 more pounds..

Nice dude. I've lost 45 pounds, however, my heaviest was at 293, but that's not when I started to exercise. If I take that weight into account, then I've lost 62 lbs.
I'm Alex, 28 yrs, live in NYC. I started loosing weight on October 30th, 2017, at 276 lbs. I'm now at 231 lbs. I workout 4 days per week. Each day consists of 30 minutes running, 2 muscle groups worked in the weight room, and 40, 25 meter laps swimming.
I eat greens at every meal and drink over 64 oz of water daily. I haven't had fast food in 3 months. I eliminated white bread, rice, pasta, soda, and high sugar juices.3 -
